Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to the participant (“You”, “Your”, “Yourself”) who is involved in any single and/or multi-day event (“Gathering”) hosted by The Wellness Gathering LLC (“The Wellness Gathering”, “Host”, “Us”, “We”).  

 

You agree to adhere to the following T&Cs:   

 

1. GOOD HUMAN CONDUCT: You agree to conduct Yourself in a respectful and responsible manner while attending a Gathering hosted by Us. You understand that the purpose of a Gathering is to promote health, well-being, organic connection, and personal growth, and You will make every effort to contribute positively to the overall experience for Yourself and others.  

 

• A. Respect for Others:  

  • You will treat all participants, staff, and organizers with kindness, courtesy, and respect. 

  • You will listen actively and attentively to others during group discussions and activities.  

  • You will refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be disruptive or disrespectful to others. 

• B. Personal Conduct:  

  • You will refrain from using any substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) that may impair your judgment or behavior during the retreat. 

  • You will comply with the schedule and guidelines set forth by the Host. 

  • You will participate fully in all activities and discussions to the best of Your ability. 

• C. Safety and Well-being:  

  • You will take responsibility for Your own health and well-being during the Gathering. 

  • You will notify Us of any medical conditions or concerns that may impact Your participation. 

  • You will follow any safety protocols or guidelines provided by the Host.  

 

(In other words, We appreciate You being a good human) 

 

 

2. HEALTH OF PARTICIPANT: Your participation in a Gathering indicates Your acknowledgment and agreement with, as well as warranty of, the following statements:  

 

• A. You hereby acknowledge that Your participation in a Gathering may involve physical activities, mindfulness practices, and other wellness-related activities that could impact Your physical and mental health. You understand that it is important to consider Your own health and well-being when engaging in these activities.  

• B. You confirm that You are in good physical and mental health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent You from participating in a Gathering. You understand that it is Your responsibility to inform the Host of any health concerns, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions that may impact Your participation in a Gathering.  

• C. You acknowledge that the Host is not responsible for providing medical care or treatment during the Gathering and that You are encouraged to seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider if needed. You agree to take personal responsibility for Your own health and well-being during the Gathering and to engage in activities at Your own discretion.  

• D. The Wellness Gathering, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during a Gathering. 

 

(In other words, We appreciate Your acknowledgment of Your ability to participate in the Gathering) 

 

3. TRAVEL & MEALS: You acknowledge that participation in a Gathering may involve travel arrangements and meal services provided by Us. You understand that the Host will make reasonable efforts to ensure a safe and enjoyable travel and dining experience for all participants.  

 

You hereby confirm that You have reviewed the travel itinerary and meal options provided by Us and You agree to abide by the schedule and guidelines set forth. You understand that any changes to the travel itinerary or meal services may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and You agree to cooperate and adapt to any necessary adjustments.  

 

You release The Wellness Gathering, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to travel arrangements, including but not limited to transportation delays, itinerary changes, or meal service issues. You acknowledge that We are not responsible for personal preferences or dietary restrictions that may impact Your travel or dining experience.  

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellness Gathering from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of travel or meal-related issues during a Gathering. You understand that any special requests or accommodations related to travel or meals should be communicated to the Host in advance. 

 

(In other words, We appreciate You reviewing Our travel itinerary and sharing Your dietary restrictions)  

 

4. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL: You acknowledge that alcohol consumption may be permitted during a Gathering. You understand that the consumption of alcohol is a personal choice and that You are solely responsible for Your own actions and behavior while consuming alcohol during a Gathering. You hereby confirm that You are of legal drinking age and will consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation during the Gathering.  

 

You understand that excessive alcohol consumption may have negative effects on Your health and well-being and may impact Your ability to fully participate in Gathering activities. You release The Wellness Gathering, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to the consumption of alcohol during the Gathering. You acknowledge that The Wellness Gathering is not responsible for monitoring or regulating alcohol consumption by participants and that it is Your responsibility to make informed decisions about Your alcohol intake.  

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellness Gathering from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of Your alcohol consumption during the Gathering. You understand that any violations of the alcohol policy may result in removal from a Gathering without a refund. 

 

(In other words, We appreciate You drinking responsibly and in moderation) 

 

5. HOUSEKEEPING: You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Any changes to Your details should be communicated to Us as soon as possible. By completing the registration process for a Gathering, You agree to the following:   

 

• A. BOOKING AND PAYMENT: All bookings for our Gatherings must be made through the link We provide. You must complete the registration process and make full payment to secure Your Gathering spot. Payment can be made via the designated payment methods provided in the “Book Now” link. Registration fees are non-transferable and require a non-refundable deposit of 20% on the day you submit your registration. Full payment is due within 5 days of booking a single day event (payment plan offered for multi-day events). This policy is subject to change and all registered participants will be notified of any changes.

 

Upon successful registration and payment, You will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of Your booking. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation details and contacting Us promptly in the case of any discrepancies.  

 

• B. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to a Gathering start date will receive a refund of the remaining balance, minus the non-refundable deposit of 20%. 

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a Gathering start date will not be eligible for a refund.  

 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days. 

 

• C. CHANGES TO ITINERARY: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, or accommodations if necessary. You will be notified of any changes in advance whenever possible.

 

(In other words, We are excited to host You and We understand that cancellations may sometimes happen) 

 

6. MEDIA RELEASE: You hereby grant permission to the Host to use my likeness, voice, and image in any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during a Gathering for promotional and marketing purposes. You understand that these materials may be used in various media platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements. You waive any rights to compensation or ownership of these materials and release The Wellness Gathering from any liability related to the use of these materials.  

 

 

You acknowledge that Your participation in a Gathering is voluntary, and You consent to the use of Your likeness for promotional purposes. You understand that Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. 

 

(In other words, We appreciate You granting Us permission to include You in future marketing materials) 

 

 

By booking a Gathering with Us, You agree to abide by these T&Cs. We reserve the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time.
